I just wanted to ask you to thank Dieter Gerhard for the late hours and hard work he put in to get my domain issues squared away. The problems I had were entirely my own doing, but he took the time required to take care of my issue very quickly and with no discomfort or worry from me at all. People who go the extra mile are hard to come by; I hope you'll take whatever care you must to make sure you keep him around
