Candace Bates

As a project captain of the northStudio team, Candace Bates works closely with the company's account manager to provide the initial points of contact for clients. She organizes the logistics of the work queue to begin production, and acts as the project leader, overseeing progress and acting as the liaison between the northStudio team and its clients.

In addition to her strong leadership ability, her communication skills, and her foresight with projects, Candace is adept at figuring out which team members are ideal for the task at hand. She loves the dynamic, creative environment northStudio provides, as it offers her the space to grow both personally and professionally. She thrives on the uniqueness of each project and the opportunities to craft creative, individualized solutions to meet clients’ needs.

Ever the adventurous spirit, when Candace isn't in the office, she's likely to be doing something sporty, whether it’s playing football or basketball, yoga, running, biking, swimming, or her favorite: surfing.
